We normally run classes on Tuesdays between 18:30 - 19:30, Thursdays between 18:30 - 19:30 and on a Sunday at 10:00 - 11:00. The next classes to be held are shown below. The class on Sunday 13th May has been cancelled due to the 10K road race.
